In order to improve
the comprehensive management ability and faster adapt the
working role shift in the new position, company organized the 4th period
cadres training between July to September, while
trainees are mostly GM and Vice GM of different subsidiaries.
There are two stages
of the training. The first stage is the training camp for leadership and the
second is for enterprise management.
The leadership train camp
is the experiential activities. By simulating the Startup, Storming, Performing
and Norming, 4 stages of a company and focusing on the five leadership of “Leading
the Rocket Effect Team” calling power, foreseeing, determination, controlling
and influence. And improve awareness cognition from the aspects of “Duty,
talent, regulation, identification, power, morale and consequences”.Team
members achieved one target after one another by communicating, conflicting and
immersing, from which they earnt help, trust and support from each other.
Company has a feedback visit of all members who took part in the leadership training camp. By way of brainstorming and focusing the theme to a major problem, and through personal thinking, opinion sharing and group discussion, members have finally come up with operational plans. This also give all members a chance to experience the teamwork studying method.
All learners learned, experienced, challenged and conflicted within four days’ training. Under the guidance of the professional coach, learners gradually started to know how to review, summarize, and know the art of leadership and self-improve as well as the direction of improving.
